I have been ordering the Equator Vapes since April 24 from this company. The company is excellent. On my previous order however, I had 3 of the Miami Mint Equators the had problems. One just wouldn't work. It wouldn't charge, the display never came on. I had 1 that went from 100% charge to zero within 10 minutes. It did not hold a charge at all so I vaped it while it was on a charger. The last one was burnt tasting from the very first hit. It was very bad. I had placed another big order when I was down to just 2 left and I just received it. I have opened 2 of those and so far they are fine. I hope the rest of the order is good. It's too expensive to be throwing these things away. I will be contacting customer service about this but I don't know what to expect from them. I love the Equator Vapes and I have always been very happy with this company.
