I absolutely love the Raz Razzle Dazzle vape that I received it is amazing however I wouldn't know about the Blue Raz Ice that I ordered because I didn't receive it because it was not in my package with the other 7 vapes that I purchased. I sent your company a message on your website but it's been 8 days and I still haven't heard a word from your company so needless to say I am not pleased at all. I just sent you another message and if I get the same blatant disregard to this message as I did my previous message then I will have no other choice but to handle this in a whole different way. I am extremely happy with the Razzle Dazzle so I give the vape a 5 but I give your company a 1 due to the service in which I have received.
