I ordered 4 of them , the first one i opened was normal. I now opened the second one and I think I got a dud one. The taste is asweful. I charged it thinking maybe that was the problem but it wasn't. My concern now is I'm hoping the other 2 are ok. I order from ur website often and never have had a problem with the products. Always been great and ships fast
